God has blessed each of us with unique gifts and talents. We encourage you to consider joining our team of servants who seek to live out God’s calling day-to-day. Salt has many projects underway and is seeking individuals called by their faith to serve. On the average our volunteers devote one to three hours a week to help meet Salt’s needs.

Prayer Team ~ This faithful team of supporters is capable of praying into existence all of God’s other provisions for this ministry. We consider this the most important of all our needs! If you are a person of prayer who shares an intimate relationship with Christ, we invite you to join this ministry.
Pastor’s Mentorship Program ~ Are you a seasoned pastor who has a heart to serve and minister to other struggling pastors? Please prayerfully consider what opportunities we may have for you through our Brothers-In-Arm program.

Webmaster ~ Do you have experience with WordPress, web design and function? Is God calling you to put those skills and talents to work for Him? We are in search of a qualified webmaster to maintain and update Salt’s CMS website on a routine basis. Please prayerfully consider if this might be the place God is calling you to. We have a big need!
Social Networking Coordinator ~ Do you have a talent for networking people and a working knowledge of Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn? Would you like to put that knowledge in service for God? Contact us today!
Funding Coordinator ~ Are you a people person with the gift of inspiration when sharing a vision? If you want to help move this ministry forward in a big way, then you are just who we are looking for. We are currently in urgent need of individuals with experience in the following trades:
General Contractor ~ Salt is a large project with special needs. If you are an experienced Contractor and are seeking to put your skills to work for the Master planner, we would love to hear from you.
Stone Mason ~ Salt is in need of a stone worker with an artistic flair. There is a Great Room that needs a fireplace and a building exterior that needs finish work. If you have this elite skill and talent with a heart to serve, please consider our needs here at Salt as a place for your offering.
Concrete Craftsman ~ Salt is already expanding even before it is completed! We have an urgent need for a skilled person or persons to lay the foundation for the kitchen so that framing can begin. Are you able to offer your time and talent to help fill this need? If you are willing, please contact us soon.
Framer ~ As soon as God provides the Concrete Craftsman we will need a framer to complete the walls of the new kitchen and the two additional water closets. Are you experienced with a hammer, nail and four square corners? We are in need of just such talents. Please prayerfully consider swinging your hammer this way!
